Police: Female dragged off sidewalk and assaulted in Cleves

CLEVES, Ohio (WKRC) - Cleves Police are investigating a report of an abduction and rape that happened on Saturday night.
It happened on North Miami Avenue, near Cooper.
The woman told police she was walking on the sidewalk at about 9 p.m. when a man dragged her a short distance away and assaulted her.
She reported the crime after returning home.
The suspect was described as a white man around 40 years old wearing all black. According to police, he's 5'7" to 5'10", weighs 170 pounds and has a skull tattoo on his left shoulder.
He had a mustache, short beard and short, dark hair. He is missing a tooth near the front of his mouth.
