Video shows police officer plowing down woman in parking lot

A Montgomery County, Pennsylvania police officer plowed down a woman in a municipal parking lot.

The case is in litigation and there are questions about who's to blame.

It was a warm June night two years ago and Upper Merion Township's annual "Concerts Under the Stars" series was underway.

UPDATE: Natasha and her lawyers settled with the Police Department in July 2020. No indication of how much but they must of upped up the price significantly to include her medical bills, lawyers fees and pain and suffering. I’m guessing they raised it from $20k to $150k - some of which is no doubt covered by their insurance.

The cop asking "did I hit you?" Should be all the evidence needed in court to pass guilty verdict of negligence with motor vehicle

She was not in the restricted area. The sign is still ahead of her when she was hit.

If that cop claims he didn't see her with that bright yellow shirt is because he wasn't paying attention, I wonder what he would say if that was his mother that got run over.

I could see how this could be an “accident” I’m sure the officer didn’t purposely hit this lady .. HOWEVER ... he should OWN it .. accidents happen .. make it right .. this woman did not deserve to be hit + them trying to make it seem like it’s HER fault ? Police need to pay up and publicly apologize
