I first heard this song when Toneejay performed it for our University Week (Foundation Week) here at SLU around November of last year. While I was hearing it for the first time, sitting on the cold ground surrounded by a lot of people, I clearly remember having flashbacks of moments when I tapped into my inner child. It was a great experience, and I hope everyone who hears this song and needs healing for their inner child remembers that "you can sit down with that fearful child inside and be gentle with him or her.' You might say something like this: 'Dear little child, I am your adult self. I would like to tell you that we are no longer a baby, helpless and vulnerable. We have strong hands and strong feet; we can very well defend ourselves. So there is no reason why we have to continue to be fearful anymore."

everytime na naririnig ko to naiiyak ako, idk how to explain the feelings this song giving to me, I really found comfort in this song but at the same time it's giving me a heartache, because I dedicate this to someone, that someone who heals my inner child, that someone na always there for me when I needed the most, that someone na kaya akong ipagtanggol sa lahat, that someone na nasasandalan ko pag walang wala na ako, that someone na willing akong samahan lagpasan lahat ng pinagdadaanan ko, but unfortunately wala din, iniwan nya lang din ako dahil lang hindi na nya kaya mag-antay pa, hahahahah ansakit sakit, porket na kakilala kana ng kaya na mag settled down, iniwan mo nalang ako basta basta, how about all those promises??? plans?? wala nalang ba talaga?? paano na ako??? you know naman na you're one of my reason kung bakit ako lumalaban, you make my life bearable, you make things look easy for me, tangina Ikaw lahat, Ikaw Ikaw Ikaw, tamo Ikaw din reason kung bakit ako miserable ngayon, but Ikaw lang din yung bubuo sakin, Ikaw lang din.😕😕
