Okay, so "Delicate Condition" really is a complete rip off of this movie. Why hasn't anything been done about this? Can anything even be done about this?

A friend says he saw a movie called Pray For Rosemary's Baby back in the 60's. I can't find it. Does anyone else know if they have even heard of that movie? Thanks in advance.
