This is amazing. I felt a pull towards her today.

After almost close to death the past 2 months and going through so much heartbreak & pain, I kept seeing her and I felt like it was a calling from her. I went to make her an alter on the side of my bed, I have ordered 2 books with information and spells to work with her. As I was cleaning the unit, I looked behind and found 2 small keys on a small key ring. They look very ancient & I found out this is a sign from her.

I have noticed something. Everyone who tries to say "No shes this, no shes that, it means this, it means that" are trying too hard to give a shallow structure to something so utterly complex that they do not trust themselves to see it. So they narrow their gaze because its all they can do.

Hekate in truth is not hekate. That is a form of this being. This being is balanced between restriction and freedom. When you attempt to restrict her into specific associations you inevitably sacrifice 99% ok the rest of her, leading to a contradicting and incoherent concept that has multiple names and multiple patterns.

Even trying to limit her to Greek culture is futile, the same way trying to connect her to everything is futile. We have fragments.

From what i see, hekate has this in common with pistis sophia, mother mary, zel from alleater crowleys work, angels, demons, etc... She is much much much more than what we circulate about her anognst ourselves, and if you trust her without constantly trying to restrict her, she will lead you through a labyrinth to something beautiful, something you will not see as you are now. When she presents as a symbol of transformation, do it. Same goes for all her other presentations. Leave your ego out of it.

She is... Hear me out... Oddly reminiscent of christ.... Not in the traditional sense. In a more hidden sense. And im not saying she is christ. But hear me out.

The connection to dogs is not an arbitrary connection to the underworld or protection even though i do believe she does protect people, i believe it symbolizes the balance between restriction and freedom. The dog is not a wolf, it is a balance between a chaotic animal and a domesticated one, a wild animal kneeling for a common good. And hekate holds the leash, but does not impose upon anyone or the dog. She merely guides it. She doesn't want to control the dog, she wants it to achieve something it cannot see from its current perspective.

The tripple aspect goes deeper than moon phases or even "different aspects" if it merely symbolized these things her number would be 4 not 3. Its her ability to defy our linear experience of time. She does not exist in the present, remebering the past, and predicting the future. She exists in all 3 simultaneously.

How many hekate devotees have experienced her "Disappearing" as if she was never there to begin with? Notice how when you are no longer in tune with her current, Your memories of her become just as obscure and disconnected as your concept of her in the present and your projection of the future. Because she disappeared at all points in time at the same time. When hekate leaves and returns, she leaves and returns across all time simultaneously.

Dont believe me? Research her relationship to saturn. I rest my case

Hecate is never labeled as a witch, "magisa", in Greece. There are too many negatives associated with witchcraft, granted, unfairly so. Perhaps a better representation of her is the high priestess tarot card. I adore Hecate and the archetype she represents. I send Hecate my blessings through my collective subconscious.

I relate to being a guardian of contrasting energies. I love those in the dark and those in the light. I have much more compassion for those in the shadows. It's comfortable in our darkness when the light feels so unattainable or sustainable. Much appreciation for this video. Thanks for sharing.
