I have seen atleast 60 videos on Eurail pass. None so comprehensive and holistic that you have shared. Almost flawless and covering major questions for all first timers. Only one mistake you did is that Eurail pass do cover Glacier express. Used it myself

My wife and I, many years ago, took advantage of the Boat portion of the Eurail pass. In Germany, we took the train to Koblenz and then boarded a river boat that accepted the Pass. It was basically a Hop on Hop Off boat on the Rhine. Great way to see the Castles.

Rule #1: Avoid reservation as much as you can.
Short trip: Buy out-of-pocket.
Medium trip: Best for the pass.
Long trip: Good luck with either long travel time or the reservation.
