Nancy Lee shares two stories illustrating how easy it is to find out what you can do to help your target audience change a behavior. You simply ask them "How Can I Help You?"

I find this Kirkland campaign a bit strange. It was obviously successful, but I'm wondering why would someone focus a campaign on pedestrians who were the victims, instead on the drivers who were the cause of the incidents? What is the message that we are sending? For me it seems as the message is “pedestrians should be more careful, not the drivers”. I’m also wondering how Kirkland drivers would behave in other environments where pedestrians are not using flags.
