Self care is important and sometimes we neglect ourselves and put others first. This week it is important for us to see that we need to put our needs first - whether that is a walk in nature, taking a bath or even taking a nap whatever your body is calling for is what you need to allow and support yourself to do.

A great way to support yourself is to get support from others and this week it's the time to finally say yes to the support you have been offered by others. This is not weakness or taking advantage, this is going to give you support, energy and a sense of being seen and really taking that gift of time for yourself.

Allowing for self care and receiving support from others is a great way to pave a new way of thinking in your life and for you to take charge of your life. Out with the old and in the new!
