Ugg, how sad. If it weren't for the hurdles to jump through I'd take him home in a heartbeat. Poor kid needs someone to love him, give him a forever home, and go out to the park and have fun. Ooooh and he loves dogs hmm, maybe he is my long lost son I've never had. Just wish I was in a better financial situation to be able to adopt, because I'd love to.

He’s so innocent!! His heart so pure despite of not having anything! I’m glad he’s trying to catch up on his childhood! 13 year olds are still babies! Now they are trying to grow up so quickly! Enjoy it!
