I am 34 and. I have always done everything on this list except for last year I stoped doing number 3 on the list smoking and I’m not lying when I say I can finally see my body doing what it needs to do .i started smoking at 13 years old cigarettes, I usto smoke 1-2 packs a day

i used to over use pain killers when i had a painful kidney stone. I had stent surgery and now i been pain free ever since, and i been drinking loads oof water everyday. Oh yea i also stopped taking pain killers obviously.
