We all have that friend or family member that eats whatever and rarely go to the gym but they are in better shape the most people that diet and exercise

What we need to remember is that it's definitely worth it to put your DNA in these data pools if this is something that interests you and you think will be beneficial. The larger the pool, the better research and results will come. So yeah, these tests may be in their infancy still, but they will only get better if we keep testing. For example I get almost yearly updates from Ancestry DNA where my results get more and more refined as their data pool expands. The same thing will happen with food dna as it advances.

Why not "study" (1) skinny people - that eat whatever the want and then (2) Heavy people that exercise + eat salads, etc - but seem to can't loose weight - and then "reverse" engineer it - to find out the "Why" for these "outliers" (especially the skinny ones). Trust me, I have 2 skinny friends who've eat nothing but junk food + whole milk, butter, cheese, pizza, burgers, energy drinks and can't put on a single pound! Just food for thought. (Perhaps there are some dna references going on in there)!

Wow at the end saying "it's $99" like that's some insignificant number.

Nothing worse than a person pushing their bias opinion while not allowing the other person to make their points clear and with a smile on their face to try to defuse any conflict from the other side (smile pass…(This causes the other person in most cases to back down in fear of sounding too aggressive) AKA weasel move…and then trying to sum up their opinion as fact with the notion everyone is in agreement in the end.. that guy is a coward for that, and to make it worse the host basically did the same to the woman by not allowing her to make her point and quickly end the conversation with basically backing that guy up.
Terrible hosting.. he obviously has no 🏀🏀 and didn’t want to step on the guys toes at all.. weak. Another reason why Joe Rogan is so popular and hosts like this stink and will never become as popular.. people see through the BS.
