Hello, I notice it's been a few years. Could you update us on how you feel about the dna based diet that was made for you a couple years ago? Maybe you could make a video about any updates?

I got my DNA done and it was a life changer. After a lifetime of weight struggles and crying to my doctor that I can't lose weight I learned that I have the obesity gene. Coupled with the low satiety gene I thought I was doomed. But, I found that I also had higher than average potential to build muscle. I have always loved the way resistance training made me feel so I am now embracing it fully. I am toning up, getting strong, and I feel amazing. Thanks for the slow-eating tip. I will try that with my new food plan.The results of this test are giving me a new life and have helped me to accept myself more fully which enhances my psychological health as well. Thanks for this vid. Be well.

I came here to get more info on. DNA diet, I loved the first 2 minutes so much I looked at your library of up loads and I was excited to see a bunch of unique recipes. I love to cook and master recipes right away so I love the idea of trying to make things I've never heard of. Subscribed

I will do my test soon. I really look forward seeing the results. I have been fighting depression and anxiety for over ten years now. I have made a lot of progress in the last year, so I don't feel as bad as I used to but, I still have a long way to go. Thank you for talking about this.

Thank you! I went to an allergy specialist and paid over $300 and received NO answers about an issue I was dealing with. Decided to try the website you’re talking about and it turns out I have a histamine intolerance! All this time and now I know

Also I thought it was going to be expensive like around $500 or something outrageous but it's only $199 which actually isn't bad for that much data.

There are different DNA/fitness companies out there. Any insights into the differences as to what makes one better versus the other? DNAfit, genopalate and others. Are the reports all generic? I was considering it because I do strength training 5-6x/week however, some I heard are pretty generic so, that's why I'm so skeptical of results.

It takes 20 minutes to feel satiety and that is why it is recommended to eat slower. Low magnesium levels can be checked with a basic metabolic panel (BMP) and people can take actionable steps such as simply supplementing with magnesium until normal levels are reached. I am still on the fence if DNA testing is really the right choice right now. With the lack of evidence and unaddressed privacy concerns I feel it may not be the best investment for individuals looking to improve health and wellbeing. Simply speaking with a nutritionist or health coach with some sort of medical background, clinical pharmacist for example, could be most effective at reaching physical goals at this time.
