I was going to use this video to help me improve shooting but after getting through a few drills I changed my mind. The area I play at has barely any cement that goes out only cement that goes side to side so if I have to do drills drilling near the free throw (which is not marked) I will have to dribble on uneven grass which first of all makes it a lot harder to dribble and can cause more injuries.

I have i question . I've heard that it is the best for your workout to be no longer than 60 minutes. Im really bad shooter so in 60 minutes i have done 60-70% of this workout. What should i do

Question. If you miss the shot on that hit 3 in a row drill series, like let’s say you make the floater but miss the shot either the middy or 3pt, would you start all the way over or would you just shoot the shot again till you make it? I assumed you’d just start all the way over but I just wanted to ask to make sure

The season ended and I play with 3-4 years older than me I can get pass the so easily but I can not finish a lay up if my life depended on it 😂 like I steal the ball go forward alone and still miss this bad I will come back for results ❤
