Just finished the best workout at the Gym so far (started Jan 2023) it's finally getting better. And I just needed somebody to recognise that. And this is just what I needed. Even the greats, Arnold, Messi, the best in every field had people to help them grow. I hope everybody that watches this video has those people. Nobody is self made. We are made better with those who can push us forward. Like the amazing person that made this video.

Thanks I'm proud of me too after what I've gone through after all the evil narcissistic enemies i fought against it brought me here my trauma made me who i am, the struggles i endured made me a warrior, a soilder and a surivivor i had to always be sabotaged by shit talkers who enjoyed undermining me thinking, they were better me, greater then me even much more important then me but it is what it is i learned to just say it's their own, assumptions an nsecurities not mine....my autistic disability gave me power so did my family and friends....we all got a little superman pride and kyrponite weakness in all of us....doing what i did made me heroic, helping others that helped me when i was put down a lot...my mom and grand ma saw how much i strived to become proactive, consistent and successful it wasn't easy fighting battles like everyone else including pain but thankfully i hung in there an kept going no matter i owe that to god for sure, for not giving up when times got hard for me.
