Taking Sildenafil? Don’t Make This Mistake!

If you’re taking sildenafil and not seeing results, you might be making a common mistake—taking it with food!

Since sildenafil is absorbed through the stomach, eating beforehand can actually reduce how much of the medication your body can use.

Another thing to keep in mind? ED meds don’t always work the first time! Studies show sildenafil can take up to 8 tries to reach its full effect—so don’t give up too soon.

I'll take 20mg of sildenafil 90-120 minutes after dinner on an empty stomach. In about 20-30 minutes I'll start feeling it working.
