Temporary Restraining Order Lebeda vs. Shouse

On 12/2/15 UH Hilo volunteer Brian Levada was heard in the district court of the third district with Judge Harry Freitas presiding. Levada maintains that Shouse is harassing him by filming him in a public meeting. Leveda claims that UH Hilo Dean of Students Kelly Oaks informed him that the public UHHSA meeting was not public and that is why he is proceeding with the TRO.
