As a retired police officer and a foster parent who adopted a placement, her story made absolutely no sense. If it made no sense, then it is a lie. The situation happened exactly how her daughter said it did. She tiptoed around the reason her children was taken from her. There are steps that CPS takes, she just obliterated the timeline trying to make herself look like the victim. She was also projecting and gaslighting. If I was her daughter, I would completely cut ties with her to save my mental health. Her mom will never take accountability, ever.

I WAS ABUSED AS A CHILD. BACK IN 1997 BEFORE MY FATHER PASSED AWAY, I CONFRONTED HIM ABOUT THE WAY HE MISTREATED ME AND MY BROTHER. WHAT ANGERED ME WAS THAT HE DENIED IT, TELLING ME IT WAS NOT TRUE. AFTER THAT CONVERSATION, HE PASSED AWAY.. WHAT HURT ME WAS THAT WE NEVER RESOLVED THINGS. IT'S AMAZING HOW ABUSERS NEVER REMEMBER THE DAMAGE THEY CAUSED. I KNOW HOW THIS YOUNG LADY FEELS. The mother says she's lying then proceeds 2 repeatedly threaten her own child who's clearly hurting. As parents one of the most important things you can teach your child is accountability. And none of us are perfect people, even parents, own your ish, lead by example.

Seeing how the mother reacted to the daughter speaking her truth showed that the daughter was absolutely telling the truth. She has trauma and wanted to actually try and the mother went there to make herself the victim. You can’t claim everything is a lie when there is proof that there was child abuse. The mother has a lot of healing to do and needs to admit and hold herself accountable for what she put her kids through. My heart goes out to the daughter because no child should have to endure that life
