I've tried numerous things. The sole things that actually worked for me: A good diet, proper sleeping timings, moving your body atleast for 25 mins, eating right, using quality shampoo as well as oil. I use only liiitlleextra cocoonian hair oil, shampoo for this purpose plus it does the job. The hairfall got controlled with it.

Worst answer I've gotten from a doctor was when I told her that my hair was suddenly breaking off and falling out, my nails also broke from doing nothing and my skin got dull like over night. She just replied that "This isn't a beauty salon" and that was that... 🙄

Rosemary. I've got a rosemary shrub. I just take a bunch and steep it in water for hours until it's dark. I put it in a spritzer with a couple splashes of vinegar. I spritz my hair with that before tying it back. Rather than a fistful of hair in my brush, I might have two or three hairs in my brush. It works for me.

Thank you for this video. I have lost about half of my hair since Christmas & everyone thinks it’s just not that big of a deal. But I do! This is super helpful & nice to have someone who understand what we go through.

GOSH!!!! THIS LADY IS
Seriously, with an HMO, they DO NOT GIVE A RATS PATOOTEE. You have to fight for testing. They roll their eyes. Add to that, if you have textured hair, " they do not SEE" what you FEEL and see, because you can't see the scalp doesn't mean the clumps of hair lost is in your mind. Good luck to all.❤

Bone broth... chicken broth, beef bone broth, Minoxidil 5%, castor oil. I healed my own hair loss problem through the grace of God.

I tried to have the full thyroid panel for 15 years. No one would order it! Finally, I was diagnosed with Hashimotos when a chiropractor (!!!) ordered the tests!

I have a ferritin level of 37 atm. I have lost half of my hair. My GP's keep telling me that my iron is "fine ". I'm in Australia, so I can't see you. I would if I could! I am currently taking an iron syrup called maltofer. I am also going through menopause and on hrt. I have advocated for myself and finally had a thyroid test last week. I don't yet have the results for that. Thank you so much for your video! I knew that my ferritin was sub optimal.

Thank you for this information and thank you so much for not going into the great preamble that we usually must endure on how it makes us feel it etc, etc, etc.

Thank-you. I started losing hair after gastric bypass surgery. It stopped. My hair was fine for years. I'm losing hair again. To me, as a nurse, it appears significant. Long story short, I'm not getting answers from mainstream medical professionals.
Thank-you for this video & the information in it. It points me in the correct direction for true resolution.

Hi. Thank you for your very useful advice. I am sure my need for thicker hair (which I had until my cancer treatment 20 yrs ago) can be helped at least a bit. I take biotin now and then every year, maybe every second month, but I guess I ought to do that more often.
For us women, I often think, hair is like a crown and we should take good care of it.

My hair was thinning and my nails also suffered, when I hit 50. I changed my diet to Ketovore and within 6 months my hair and nails were much better. 5 years on and my hair is quite thick and in very good condition with no posh shampoos etc. I don't take any supplements anymore other than Vit D in the winter.

My ferritin level is at 90ng/mL in my recent blood test but my hair continues to shed like crazy. It's been worse in recent months but have been shedding madly for the past 1.5 years or more. It's distressing. Stress has been a huge part of why I am experiencing this shedding, as well as menopause.

I started taking kelp and copper and my balding spot filled in and my hair darkened a bit to a silver that strangers compliment me on.
