Between the “know better, do better” and the “you’ve got this mama!” I am dying laughing. Your videos honestly give me such joy. When I was pregnant with my son, I remember condescending women in the crunchy mom fb groups that would guilt, shame & come across as condescending rather than actually educate and it made feel crazy. Making fun of the extremes and the competitiveness while also providing cool ideas and adding some genuinely interesting content & education is such an awesome combo! Super refreshing

Neck meat of chicken? Well I know how to do this but I know it because my mom and my grandma used to make soup from chicken neck meat (it’s much cheaper). Quick tip: cook it in stock, carrots, and parsley, let it cool a bit, and pull the meat after. Filter the liquid. Cook potatoes or yam in it then add the meat. - then serve- Do not serve the meat on the neck bones. There will be a lot of tiny bones. Hehehe.
I think the next level of crunching would be to cook something with chicken feet. (Even cheaper than the neck meat).
