One does not need to add intermittent fasting to one's diet plan for muscle gain but for obtaining other benefits of it. May be not suitable for young boys but for middle aged men whose primary goal is to loose fat, lower diabetes risk and better cognitive ability, it is the best way. Ofcourse some type of exercise has to be included.

I did intermidiat fasting and not including adequate amount of protein in my diet then result is sever weight loose and muscle loss also i feel very bad😭😭

How about training during fasting mode?
Can we maintain the muscle mass?
Example:-Ramadan month can we do workout just before breaking the fast?
(12hours with noo food and water. Mostly it's a empty stomach)

Agreed.. I did ADF last year while trying to build muscle but I couldn't.
Fasting main goal is to reverse Insulin Resistance which helps in weight loss and increase autophagy which helps to maintain muscle mass. If you've high insulin, then you should treat it first Through proper diet and fasting, and then go back to muscle building diet.

I was the one who suggested this intermittent fasting and eating all protein in 8 hr. Window.

Please clear one more point:
Intermittent fasting is directly related to body healing powers. This 16hr. Not eating make body healing powers reach max. Level. And thats a very big thing.

I am going to follow this intermittent faating and eating in 8hr. Window only for next 3 to 4 months.

Lets see what it has to offer. I mean deFInitely it dont have any bad effects so WHY NOT
