If you make everything the same denominator (x+1)(y+1)(z+1) from the initial equation, work everything out, cross-multiply and simplify, then you get xyz=x+y+z+2, nice and simple. All the solutions work in this last equation too. The solution (2, 2, 2) I got by supposing x=y=z and evaluating the initial equation. Also with the last equation you get the solution (2, 2, 2) with x=y=z.
