I didn't receive the alert so I came here to listen to what it sounded like. Is the voice announcing the reason behind the alert using an American accent? Seems a curious choice.

Check your settings for this. You can't turn most things off or uninstall. It has the ability to read your sms messages and know what number you are connected to if it goes off during a call. We are sleepwalking into state monitoring. My tablet with no sim and wifi only now shows reception at all times 😮
