There have been 32 instances on record (since 1925) of a player hitting an "ultimate grand slam" (a player hitting a bases-loaded, walk-off homer with his team trailing by three runs), though play-by-play data is incomplete prior to 1974, so some instances might be missing. Here are all the ultimate grand slams we can find!

I don’t think people realize that an Ultimate Grand Slam are only when you’re down 3 runs in the 9th, so Slams like Freddie Freeman’s in the WS aren’t going to be on here because they were only down 1 run.

I saw the Chili Peppers at MetLife on August 17, 2022... first thing I heard when I turned the game on in my car after the show was the Sterling call for Donaldson walk off slam

As amazing as Freddie’s WS grand slam was, it wouldn’t make sense to include it in this part about “down by 3” situation.

Baseball is the game of situations. At specific points that player has made a certain magical moment.

But neither of Fernando Tatis' TWO Grand Slams in the same inning? I mean, it is the ONLY time it's been done.

Mike Yastrzemski off Josh Hader in 2022 would’ve been a nice inclusion

Is "ultimate grand slam" an actual term? Seems like it was made up by a 9 year old who couldn't stand losing an argument so they made this up to be even better than a regular ol' grand slam walk off.

Also, it may be just me, but only showing the hit with no other context leading up to that moment is just a waste of time and makes for a pointless video
