There’s a quote I read that said: “You are not lazy, unmotivated or stuck. After years of living your life in survival mode, you are exhausted. There is a difference.”

We all want to, no, NEED to take a break from society once in a while, but unfortunately some people expect us to be like robots that repeats the same thing to no end.

I cleaned my room after 3 months of not cleaning it and when I showed my family of my accomplishment they all said "Finally!" or "Woow You actually cleaned your room!" in a sarcastic tone:(

might have had analysis paralysis, i had plans to do multiple projects for my 2 months break. it's been 2 months now, nothing was done. everyday i woke up in dread and pressure knowing the tons of work i had planned for myself, and my mind was so foggy i couldn't think of what to do at all. it was so overwhelming that i feel tired all the time although i've practically done nothing, it was painful, and as days go by it gets worse knowing that i'm wasting my time. this video helps clear things up alot, so awesome work as always

Yeah, I can relate, but I never thought I'm lazy, just thought that there's something wrong
I feel like I have lots of things to do, which I do, know I have to do them, but like I really don't want to do them even if they're the last thing I do. When the end of the day comes I'm upset with myself that another day went by without having done anything.
I end up working very hectically and it's tiring, because I can never really structure a reliable working schedule. I can be like "okay tomorrow I'll do this, this and this" yet by tomorrow nothing's finished, it's a big deal if one's even started at all
It's so disorienting

Thank you for making this video. I do feel overstimulated on the odd occasion. But I'm doing great these days! And it's all thanks to channels like yours.

I absolutely loved this video! It really made me rethink my approach to productivity. The idea that I might be overstimulated rather than lazy was eye-opening. It's comforting to know that feeling overwhelmed is a common issue and not a personal failing.

i really love the idea of this sort of online non-personal therapy. The biggest issue with therapy is that some people (alot including me lol) are scared and/or nervous to talk to people directly about issues. this channel completely fixes that. it cant give exact support but it definitely can give help in a way that you cant get in many other ways. the only issue would be that, because you cant adress with people directly about an issue, you kinda have to make a video for every issue. But the team behind this channel is doing just that! I massively respect the detacation and hope what im saying makes sense :)

I needed this video. As a person with the HSP trait, this is a struggle ive had since i was little. Now we need a follow-up video explaining ways to combat overstimulation.

This app has brought procrastination, not laziness to my attention. I don’t hate myself as much and am working on ways to improve my “procrastination “ stemming from anxiety and PTSD. Thank you for the awareness ❤

This video really came at the right time. I been feeling this for the past couple...months at this point?? Things have just been moving so slow for me.

But this morning was different, I felt actually motivated to be productive!
