It hurts so bad. Mine are not nearly as long as any of theirs and I tripped and stopped myself by bracing against my car but I hit my gel nail (similar enough to feel the same) and it didn't break, but my finger hurt for a couple of days and it wasn't broken (my bones, I mean). Once the Leverage is off the point of your nail bed certain amounts of pressure become exponentially worse. If it was enough Force to break the nail, that means it REALLY HURT. It's not an overreaction at all. 😭
