Wow Jordan, I thought my muffler delete and dump was deep enough and worked for me. Now though, I see its no where near the sound of that magnaflow with res delete. Absolutely the sound Im looking for. Another awesome video!!!!

Thanks man for this video. I brought the same muffler but I only had it a yr and drive it much. Now I know how it will sound later after while.

Classy. Just have to be patient with the loudness. I went with the 14 inch and contemplating the 11 inch/off road version. Only 2, 000 miles on the muffler and still now loud enough. Need to take in the fact that you are driving a big vehicle where you are not close to the exhaust. Soon good buddy. Thinking about actually doing h pipe as factory always does y pipe...

This was a good in depth comparison. I swapped out the magnaflow for a super 10 after riding the magnaflow for about 4 months. I should of kept a little while longer.

Still waiting on mine to break in on my 2012 Sierra. The engine sounds like it’s had a big sigh of relief compared to the stock muffler. If it doesn’t get louder I’ll wait to change until I do long tube headers and a cam

Magnaflow is the best low rumble other then a glasspack which is real loud. All the others have either chambered hollow can sound or borla type that mutes deep notes and rasps n screams. I need a deep bass rumble. just like someone pulling up with a system. Don't like hollow and sure dont like borla type sound. Old style turbo mufflers has that sound but kill power in general. My dads old 69 mustang with a cammed 302 had some thrift store 2.5 turbo mufflers on a 2.25 true dual system. it wasnt real loud unless you romped on it, but every night ad midnight when dad got home and reversed into the driveway slowly, all the pictures in the living room rattles and shook. I want that. It was like bass.

Magna flow has the best sound no drone, good balance between intake noise and exhaust

That sounds awesome. I had the magnaflow catback on my Mustang and the drone was horrendous. But I thought it was the best sounding exhaust for the S550's. Love the truck btw! And you are almost at 1, 000! Keep pushing bro!

Yeah I had the magnaflow exhaust rear side exit on my previous 2020 F150, it sounded good but I found it to quiet. Cold starts were meh, and though the throttle did sound good if I had I audio playing at 8 I couldn’t even here it :(. Anyways, just got my 22 F150 a couple months ago and went up to a Borla S type rear exit and I’m super impressed. Much louder with an amazing sound :) that I can actually hear lol!

Hi I know this video was made a while ago but could you send a link to where this exact exhaust setup came from. I know that you said you bought it used but I’m trying to get a brand new one and want it to sound exactly like this one.

If you turn on the captions around the 3:50 mark, Youtube says "music" as the truck cranks up. 🤣🤣

They right though

Hey man I'm glad I found this video and your channel. I've got a dual in/dual out 18 inch magnaflow part #12468 on my 07 Nissan Maxima. I love the sound it isn't crazy even cold starts but I regret the way I set it up. I replaced my resonator in the middle and added the magnaflow and cut off the mufflers at the end. My only issue is it's a cop magnet accelerating slowly/low rpms. I wouldn't change my setup but I've gotten two tickets and don't want a fix it ticket next time I get pulled over (had it for 5 months lol). I planned on adding two Magnaflow Magnapacks (their round/bullet versions) where the stock mufflers would go to lower the overall sound at low speeds but I wouldn't sacrifice the wide open throttle when I wanted to since their straight through design as well. Just wanted your opinion thanks in advance!

Did you have more drone in the cabin, particularly around 2, 000rpm when you deleted the resonator?

What model number for the muffler is it?

It got louder because you put a tune on it. My 5.0 was noticeably louder after the tune. Fiberglass and steel mesh don't burn out. They intentionally use materials that can handle the heat. It wouldn't make sense for them to use materials that degrade in a high heat environment when their sole purpose is for use in a high heat environment. Otherwise good vid!

Hey dude, I'm new to your channel. I love your truck. I just bought a 2014 F150 and am currently searching to do an exhaust system on mine. I don't want anything obnoxious being it's a working truck and will be pulling a 22' trailer every day. I really like the sound of the muffle you have. It's loud without being crazy. Do you have the number of the muffler? I would like my truck to sound like yours. Thanks in advance.

Question! I got my f150 xlt 2014 lifted 6 inches and it's not as high as my buddy's who's got the same lift. (I'm about 2 inches short) only thing is I'm still on stock wheels & tires. He's on 35x12.50r20
If I get bigger tires, like 37s or something. Will I be as tall as he is?
