I would add a large moisture trap after the air compressor to prevent moisture from getting in the sand. A concrete vibrator attached to the side of that tank to prevent sand clogging would be a last perfect touch.

Intentaré copiárselo.

¿Con cuántos kilos de presión trabaja?

Le agradezco 🙇🏻‍♂️ la bondad de compartirlo!

🫵🏼 Honraré eso.

Desde Montevideo, Uruguay 🇺🇾, le saludo afectuosamente

Personally I use stainless steel in all the bottom fittings because sand will eat the brass up in no time. I use to work for a refractory company and we made equipment that pushed a dry material way more course than sand and at the outlet end water was added to make a high temp concrete we would shoot into ladles they melt steel in.

Great project. Terrific execution! Two questions though. How high is the tank pressure and second, what are the minimum compressor specs for hobby use? Thanks

Hye can this tank operate directly from the air compressor how about the capacity? Or this tank needs a release valve. Because im affraid this tank will explode? Can you answer? Btw you are great. ❤

Nice build. How much air pressure do you feed it and what does the top gauge read when you are using it? Every shop needs a media blaster... Thumbs Up!

Turn your volts up and it will weld better. Looked like there was a lack of penetration when welding on threaded pipes.

About to build this exact design, the only thing I'm going to change is to have a lance so I'm further away from the work piece when using the blaster .
