I like widow spaulder, moth leggings, and mask of the mother demon, bc you get bleed more bleed, poison, more poison, fire ant shield, widow dagger, and same mutations

my favourite build is just full broodmother build the armor and the club along with a salty club of the mother demon and the battleaxes for my other elemental weapons (ive gotten to ng+3 with this build while ive been mixing my mutations around depending on the situation)

If you're trying to be more optimal, you should at least swap the head and chest pieces for more defense.
