Words can't express my feelings. I am a Double Organ Transplant Recipient. I was given the priceless gift of a Kidney and Liver just a little over a year ago. I struggled most of my life with health problems until receiving my life saving donation. I don't yet know who my angel is but seeing these Honor Walks is indescribable. To Michael's family, please know how selfless and heroic your son is and know that his life along with my Angels life will live on. So, as a Recipient... In 2019 Michael Sigler, a senior high school student, just days away from his high school graduation, had a fatal motorcycle crash with another teenager and told dad if something happened to donate his organs and as of to date nine(9) lives have benefited from his most generous donation. Nearly a hundred hospital staff lined the hall to respect this young man with what we say. "A HONOR WALK❤️‍🩹 Michael Sigler parents donated ALL OF HIS ORGANS LISTED BELOW ARE THE ORGANS:

It’s amazing how the entire hospital staff from the janitors, kitchen staff, to the top surgeons stand in silence, such respect shown for the donor & family. The sound of silence is actually a deafening shout of gratefulness 🥰💖👏🏻

My daughter is a double organ transplant recipient. She was 4 when she received her new pancreas and small bowel that saved her life. A little boy had to lose his life to save hers. The parents made the decision to donate his organs during the worst tragedy they ever could have faced. I have no words that can even come close to how grateful my family is to the little child and his family for making the most generous gift of life through the most terrible tragedy, the loss of their precious baby. My daughter is 15 now and doing wonderful and we think of the boy who lives on in her every day and we celebrate him. This honor walk was stunning. The amount of people who stood up in the hallways had me in tears immediately. I wish I could have been there to honor the little child and his family who changed our lives forever. Organ donation saves lives. It changes lives and touches far more people than the donor and receipt and their families. This beautiful tribute shows that. Thank you so much for sharing such an intimate and touching experience. I hope this brings awareness and makes at least one person choose to be a donor. This is the greatest gift you can give.

I've never seen so many people honor a donor before. Made me cry like a baby when his father spoke. I don't think I would have the same strength. God would literally have to hold me up.
