This is amazing and hearting breaking at the same time. I hope if I ever end up in a situation like this that i don't end up on youtube and other social medias for the rest of the world to see🤔 rest in peace sweet angel, thank you for being so brave to donate your organs so others can live❤ to all those that received the organs i hope you got better quickly Xx
