a beginner's guide to ✨spiritual stuff✨ (manifesting, crystals, tarot + more)

hi!! In this video, I go a little into each of the spiritual habits + practices I do because I get a ton of questions about them. I would consider myself a beginner still in the world of spirituality, so I wanted to share with you all how I got started and continue to learn - for beginners, from a beginner.

What I explain is all based on *my* understandings and experiences, plus I try to keep everything I say simple and easily digestible. I know there's SO much more depth to a lot of the concepts, as well as other views, so please take everything I say with a grain of salt and as a starting point to learn more on your own.

hi everyone! i wanted to put a comment on here to also mention a HUGE part of all my habits that i forgot to mention in the video - their origins. Of course all of these things have become more “mainstream” or acknowledged because of social media, but many of these practices have deep cultural ties such as Hinduism, Buddhism, etc. You learn about the history as you study them, and I forgot that some people may not have the knowledge on it like I do because I’m acquainted with it. So, as you get into these practices, also make sure that you learn about their history and significance!!

The thing that bugs me the most about Tarot cards used in movies or tv is when someone pulls out the death card and they say "OMG someone is going to die!" Like that's not what it means. It's usually a new beginning or the end of a chapter in life.

For me I started listening to subliminals, then I learned about reality shifting, then I read the CIA docs on shifting and learned about meditation and psychic abilities from it. After that I started meditating a bunch and then I kept learning and one thing lead to another.

Also! Keep in mind when using a tarot deck, when you pull a card make sure before (like during shuffling) you are asking your question and SETTING YOUR INTENTION. intention is VERY important as it helps you connect more with the energy of your deck and you get accurate answers/results. Also another note, if you buy a deck or have a deck that is new and you haven’t used—before using the deck for readings try and connect your energy with the cards first, like shuffling them, sleeping with them by your head or blowing on them (I do this every time I use my decks) it’s very important because the tarot decks have to connect and align with your energy otherwise you won’t have that great of a connection with them and might not get the best accurate readings.

You know why you like citrine. As a depressed potato I like citrine as well. What you didn’t mention is that citrine is often dubbed as the happy crystal. Some people even start feeling giggly when they hold it. It’s just a good crystal to balance you out when you’re going through an episode of depression. Amethyst is very good for connecting back to your mind, especially when you struggle with dissociation and being a scatter brain in general, but citrine lifts you up.
