In today's video, I'll introduce a variation of the Single Leg Takedown from Wrestling, called the Knee Pull Single.

I will explore 2 different options for this takedown entry.

Option #1 is more traditional, but Option #2 is better for Jiu-Jitsu practitioners or Wrestlers with knee problems.

I also like option #2 a lot because BJJ practitioners tend to stay in a higher stance and hang on the head, so this is a pretty low-energy entry.
