Another reason she is seeing results becuase she is doing the 16:8 hour fast, which is helping her burn stored fat. She said at the end she stops eating at 7pm and starts eating again at 12pm(noon) so that makes her 17:8. Meaning she is fasting the first half and the 2nd half she is eating between that 8 hour window. Doing that plus working out for 30 minutes by itself will allow you to loose 5-7 pounds in a week. I lost 6 pounds last week by doing the 16:8 and all my food choices weren't that healthy, but i was mindful. But what she is saying you will see major results and you can loose 20 plus pounds in a month. That detox tea gonna make it even better. Very good information.

Cardio is great. Incorporate weight lifting and you’ll be able to eat more and keep your curves. Had my watermelon this morning. I saw sardines at the store but was scared. But I’m like that’s silly I eat canned tuna canned salmon 😂😂

I can’t stand in one place and workout I have to walk in nature. I been doing 1-2miles a day walking the park. I can’t wait until I see results!!

Thank u so much for reminding us it’s All in the poop 😂 if your body is not regularly getting the toxins and poop out of the body, do not expect your other systems to function and do what u want them to by way of diet and exercise. It’s so important to incorporate a detox (big or small) into your journey every now and then

Yes I am starting tomorrow. Lost 100lbs, fell off the past few months gained about 30lbs now I need to get back on track. Not trying to go back to where I first started.
