I don't exactly embrace David Goggins's grindset to my life because it's literally next to impossible to grasp on such unreal toughness. He survived three Navy Seals hell weeks, several ultramarathons, one with broken bones. What I do know is that calling him cringe is one of the poorest choices of words I have seen in a very long time

What you have to respect about David is not all of the ultra athletic stuff he's done or any of his motivational sayings. It's from where he started that's extraordinary. He went from an unimpressive over-weight, semi-literate adult, who decided to transform himself into a person who is pushing the boundaries of human endurance.
