"kumusta ka na" the "na" at the ending sounds like you are seeing the person again after a certain period of time. If you are seeing someone for the first time remove the "na" o or say "Kumusta po" to be polite.

The 3rd one could be either a shared fond memory between pinoys, or a shared trauma hahaha.
