You would have to factor before the h in the denominator can cancel out the h in the numerator right?

Does the (n *over* c) where c=a constant count as that term's variable?

so, here's my problem:
f(x)=x^2
f^(-1)(x) = 2x
try substituting x= 2
then yeah f(x) differs from x by 2 times, but
try substituting x=4
then f(x) differs from by 3 times, but f(x)= 2x, right?

@TheDbzgtaf scrap that f^(-1)(x) = 2x, it should be d/dx(x) = 2x
