The fantastic @boredoflunch show us how easy it is to make a delicious Chicken Curry in the Swan Retro 6.5L Slow cooker 😍

This recipe makes 4 x portions

Ingredients:
- 4 x chicken breasts 🍗
- 1 x can of light coconut milk 🥥
- 2 x tbsp tomato purée 🍅
- Tsp ground coriander 🌿
- Tbsp turmeric 🥄
- 2 x tbsp curry powder 🥄
- 1 x tsp of chilli powder 🌶
- 1 x onion 🧅
- 4 x garlic cloves crushed 🧄
- Fresh or tsp ground ginger 👨🏻‍🦰
- 1/2 tsp Chinese 5 Spice 🥄
- Salt & Pepper 🧂
- 1 x can of garden peas 🥬

Method:
1. Add everything to the Slow cooker except the peas and cook on high for 4 hours
2. Stir, drain the water from the peas and add them for the last 5 mins they’ll soften and heat in the sauce
3. Serve with 200g boiled basmati per person for a 586 calorie meal
