What to do and not to do when using micropipettes
 Always use the correct pipette for the correct measurement. Do not exceed the volume.
 Do not plug in or remove the pipette tip by hand.
 Do not press hard into the tip box when you are attaching a tip.
 Don’t use a pipettor without a tip in place.
 Don’t run around the lab with a tip in your pipettor or leave a pipettor with a tip on if not in use.
 Don’t drop pipettes.
 Don’t lay the pipette down with fluid in it or turn the pipette up ward.
 Don’t depress push button to second stop inside the liquid when dispensing very smallamount.It
will create bubbles.
 Don’t use the same tip to dispense different solution. You will cross-contaminate the solutions.
⭕️ My purpose is to show you how to properly operate the micropipette. I have used water in this activity so I reuse the tip but you shouldn't there is absolutely no way to reuse the tip twice. However, the tip can be used only once and cannot be used twice which is a wrong procedure.⭕️
