Nice one - this is the best short-format basic demonstration of pipetting I've found. The best way to demonstrate liquid remaining inside the tip is to have students do some pipetting where this results in them ending up short. It is of little value to include in an introductory video like this, so these criticisms are misplaced in my view.

WRONGGG!! there is stil liquid on the inside of the walls of the pipette tip. First take the volume then push it out again until the first depression then take the same volume again and then you can transfer. You can also go up and down (liquid in and out) 3 times to saturate the walls
