Greta Thunberg has joined a climate protest in London just days after being charged with a public order offence.

Greta Thunberg has been charged with a public order offence after leading a protest outside a central London hotel hosting heads of the world’s largest oil and gas companies.

The environmental activist is one of 26 people who were charged over a protest outside the InterContinental London hotel on Park Lane, which was hosting the annual Energy Intelligence Forum, an oil industry conference.

I have no problem with peaceful protests, but blocking the motorway or causing destruction is something I oppose. While we're all advocating for the same cause, the methods used can sometimes obscure the rationale behind the protest.

Thank you, Protestants, for having the power to warn us of the disaster we are causing on the planet, at least we won't be able to pretend that we didn't know what we were leaving behind to our children and grandchildren. The planet earth will show us how strong it is and how weak and helpless we are in front of nature !!
