The second I saw this video I couldn't believe it! I have been stressing all day about not being organized enough. I don't know how everyone does it. I'm producing new youtube videos every week, along with blog posts, emailing brands, and trying to create an e-course; it's just so much for one person. As you can tell, it stresses me a lot! I am really excited though, since I'm hiring my first social media intern! Woohoo! Sorry, I just rambled on for so long; just needed to vent. ANyways, thank you Maya for sharing this video today! I really needed it. I have five more minutes left to the video and I can't wait to hear the rest of your tips!

I loooove these kind of videos from you! 😍In reference to the email organization you still get more and more spam emails because you are using their unsubscribe button. Sites take that initiative to enroll you in more "subscriptions" in a sense and just remove you from that one list. I work in IT and constantly tell our users not to hit those buttons.
A good app for really decluttering unwanted emails is Unroll.Me it bundles all unwanted emails of your choice and you never have to see them again.

Thanks for making this video Maya!! It's super helpful! I'm planning on purchasing a new 5TB desktop hard drive dedicated to my YouTube channel and using my 1TB LaCie to travel with and edit from. Once a project is finished, I'd take the folder and store it on the 5TB drive and so on.
I'd also recommend (especially to those working with video) to have a basic subfolder structure within each main project folder, for example: Rushes (i.e.: original video files) - Audio - Pictures - Music - Graphics - Thumbnails - Uploads 💖💖
