Upgrading my Ryzen 7 3700X to a 5800X!

Its almost identical performance if your cpu came from Ryzen 5 3000 series to Ryzen 7 or 9 5000 series then its a huge leap performance but with that kind of upgrade its only a little boost performance

Ngl that upgrade is a total complete waste of money because these two processors are so alike that it has a performance difference that no one can tell.

Seems like a simple enough process my 3700x just hit 114 degrees and my pc shut off.

+%20 performance hotter pulls more power and runs hotter . I would have stayed on 3700x
