Is their any difference between screen quality

Im seeing all of these paper screen protectors being made for ipad but im drawing on a 2in1 windows laptop and could only find one website selling one for my model. I get that apple products are always more popular especially for professionals but i feel like there should be a lot more generic products for a variety of devices like with normal screen protectors and phone cases
