Wow that’s impressive brother!! I have never trained with speed before and always feel stiff and sluggish. I like the look I have just wish I had the explosive feeling. I’m gonna try this. Thanks for the tips man!! You look great keep it up

I love the part when I do them I feel like it’s the right amount so I don’t over do each one. These actually are ones I want to try and I want to get in my best shape to feel young starting now I’m about to be 30 I should be able to do these easily but after two kids hey I’m here thank you

Young fella....old broke down jock speaking....sit down on a box that takes you to parallel....a bench works great....when you sit, sit super slow then completely relax your hips, NOT YOUR POSTURE, for 2 to 4 seconds....then engage your hips and drive forward and as a drill vs a lift....you should be lifting heavier than your free standing barbell squat....it is a great hip isolate and will help getting out the hole of your regular IMPORTANT ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS LAND VERY AGO I WAS REPPING A WARMUP SET OF 10×185....I WAS CARELESS AND WENT FAST...TO THIS DAY I FEEL THE COMPRESSION INJURY WITH SCIATIC NERVE PAIN BECAUSE I HIT TOO HARD....to this day can no longer lift....SAFETY AND TECHNIQUE ALWAYS FIRST
