In a country that is so corrupt more than 30% + of the population exist this way. In Australia, a teacher' earn the average income and a homeowner. Here they rent in the slum areas. This presenter never lived in the slums for 14 months as I. II 2014 a teacher earned 18000 Peso' a month in private schools and 22000 in public but the cost of living in said slums, all included cost 26000. Below that was either squatters' camps or the street.
