This tasty keto vegan butter is creamy, easy to make and uses simple ingredients available in most grocery stores. This vegan butter is perfect to spread on keto low carb and grain free bread, so no reason to miss bread if you are going dairy free. This homemade vegan butter can be used to cook with, as you would any regular butter. You can add a combination of a few fresh or dried herbs such as thyme, sage, rosemary, and/or other ingredients such as tomatoes, shallots, chives, jalapeno, mint, strawberries and lemon juice to create flavorful herb or seasoned butter to add to your favorite keto recipes.

Thank you for this alternative to regular butter! I subscribed a few weeks ago and have been enjoying your recipes. You are very thorough with your steps and explain well why you do what you do and why you choose one way or ingredient over another. That information can be applied to other recipes I find on YouTube where I am doubtful of the method or final taste of a recipe. What else do you use sunflower lecithin in? Besides your sunflower chocolate sauce? Do you know what size your container is that you store the butter in? How many ounces or ml.

Well, I am finally getting caught up!! This is neat! Good butter is rare here. I will try a batch on hubby and see what he thinks. Oh, just an aside, I never have to heat my coconut oil, as it is almost never cool enough to solidify. I love it, but others may not. Hope all is well with you and yours! We are home and safe!

I think I'll use UNrefined COCONUT oil, I love the taste! And no one wants hydrogenated oil, yuck!
