EASY Paracord Cat O' Nine Tails Whip | Full Instructions | Tutorial

Here is a video on how to make a paracord Cat O' Nine Tails or flogger. This is pretty similar to my bullwhip video regarding materials.

Alright here is what you'll need.

- 1/2" pvc pipe cut to 10-12 inches
-pvc coupling
-pencil
-electricaltape
-knife
-saw t
-lighter
-tape measure

You should cut 4 pieces four feet long, then each piece could go around the end of the plug. There would be less chance of them pulling out.
