Is this the most inbred woman in the world? The Duchess of Alba was once one of Spain's most infamous faces. Although she was an aristocrat, she was by far one of the most well-connected in royal circles - she was the best friend to Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, and had met other society names: Jackie Kennedy and Grace Kelly included.

I grew up watching Spanish TV nit I'm not from Spain. That lady was comedy gold. But she was very beloved by her people, despite being very parodied.

The sheer lack of respect and knowledge. There was no particular inbreeding here. This lady had more titles than the royal family, extremely beloved and a wonderful patron of the arts. Cosmetic surgery was disastrous, but honestly she deserves far better than this approach

Kind of a stretch to call Jackie Kennedy a "politician". She never ran for office. Being a First Lady is mostly ceremonial and while she had a lot of influence, she had no power.
