Without a doubt, this year will be worse than the last. I lost a lot of money last year as a result of bad investment choices that I would not have made if I hadn't been so worried about my portfolio. I kept investing, but I couldn't determine whether to start paying for a house. In the end, I sold my positions, and the house needed more work than I had planned. I'm not sure how long I can keep going like this.

I started vb just this last month. My credit score was 820 when I started. I just used a cc that has a high limit. By the end of the month, my credit score had dropped 10 points. Maybe it'll bounce back, but that was a surprise.

I have a balance of $45, 000mortgage at 3.25% and I also have a heloc that I can get worth $50, 000 left but I used already $40, 000 of it. Should I pay it off using my remaining HELOC or just leave it so I can get tax refund . Thanks
