I started skateboarding in 2000 when I was 13 and still skating today with 6 kids and I speak for every skater who doesn’t live near a park when I say that this has been my ultimate dream for over 20 years to have an indoor skatepark!!! I grew up on a farm with a mile long gravel driveway on a one lane road but we built ramps and rails and would drag the ramps into the road and push them out of the way when cars came… it was hard to get good practice but we eventually built a quarter pipe in our barn loft that got both of my legs and hips shattered when I launched too far and fell out of the loft onto a combine harvester 🤦‍♂️ I bought a house in town recently that has a giant cement patio that I am planning on building a really sick half pipe with a roll in from my 38ft tall deck next spring and it will have a foam pit surrounding the big side
